Jeremy Clarkson sparks concern as he shares worrying photo of his injured dog

by · Birmingham Live

Jeremy Clarkson has raised concerns among his fans after posting a distressing image of one of his beloved dogs covered in blood. The 64 year old pub owner and farmer shared with his followers that the dog was 'leaking' and showed a blood-stained tissue in the alarming photo.

It's unclear which of Jeremy's dogs was in the picture, but he is known to have two fox-red Labradors named Sansa and Arya, as well as a black dog called Didier Dogba. Concerned fans were quick to respond, with one asking, "Hope she’s okay, but can you please tell us what happened?"

Another expressed their worry with "Nooooooo! I hope she’s okay! " and a third commented, "Ah no way I hope she’s ok."

The incident comes just months after Clarkson faced heartache when one of his dogs needed an operation for pyometra, a potentially fatal uterine infection. He updated his followers at the time, saying: "The poor thing is under the knife as we speak. She has pyometra. S*** week."

This followed his own health scare. Jeremy recently opened up about an operation he underwent to save his life.

He said he had experience chest tightness and said he'd been struggling to steady himself after getting up from the breakfast table - and his symptoms intensified upon his return to the UK. The Grand Tour host was rushed to John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford where he had a stent fitted to open up a blocked artery.

The presenter said doctors had told him he was “days away” from death.
