Joe Swash shares criticism aimed at him by Stacey Solomon as he admits 'I find it hard'
by Kathryn Ingate, https://www.birminghammail.co.uk/authors/kathryn-ingate/ · Birmingham LiveJoe Swash has openly addressed one of his flaws, admitting he "finds it hard to relax". The busy star said this problem has been highlighted by his wife Stacey Solomon, as he's often seen "running around" at home.
The former I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! contestant got onto the subject when he was quizzed on what he would most like to change about himself.
In a new interview with The Sun's Fabulous Magazine, Joe admitted: "I find it hard to relax, so I’d like to chill out more. When Stacey sees me running around, she’s like: 'You’re doing too much'."
Joe has a hectic family life as a dad to son Harry, 18, from his previous relationship, while he and Stacey share son Rex, five, and daughters Rose, three, and Belle, 19 months. Joe is also stepfather to Stacey's older sons, Zach, 16, and Leighton, 12.
The EastEnders star went on to admit that alongside his struggles to switch off, he's "constantly worried about the kids", explaining: "They’re all at different stages in life.
"I’ve forgotten what it’s like not being a dad, that’s my main identity. When they get a bit older, I can find myself again."
It comes after Joe and Stacey were spotted seemingly having a disagreement in the street.
An onlooker claimed to The Sun: “Joe came out of a building on his own and stormed off down the street, he looked upset and was sitting on some steps for a while.
“Stacey came out of the building in tears and she looked really emotional, she was hugging someone.”
However, since the reported row, Joe sent his wife a sweet public message and told her how much he misses her as she enjoys a holiday in Las Vegas.
The Sort Your Life Out presenter, 35, was treated to the trip by a beauty brand, which included watching Adele perform in the city, with the two British stars being pictured sharing a heartwarming hug.
