BBC viewers have hit out at the Strictly Come Dancing judge - after over-scoring a "cringe" performance that they say was "filled with mistakes".
Pete Wicks and his professional partner Jowita Przystal danced the Cha Cha to Right Said Fred's I'm Too Sexy. Head judge Shirley Ballas loved it, scoring ITV The Only Way Is Essex star star Pete and pro partnet Jowita an eight.
On Twitter/X, fans slammed the feedback and score. One wrote: "Need Shirley to leave after this series. So f****** unprofessional. Pete gets 'very entertaining' for that." Another said: "Shirley losing all credibility as a judge."

Someone else wrote: "No matter what Pete does Shirley praises him." And a fourth said: "I need Shirley's head judge status removed." Last week, Pete and Jowita made it through to week nine of Strictly's 2024 series after an emotional couple's choice routine.
Former The Only Way is Essex star (TOWIE), who was visibly fighting back tears on the night, and Jowita went on to be praised for their "moving" performance to The Best by Nicotine Dolls, which was performed in tribute to Pate's late grandmother, Doreen.
It's been revealed that Pete and Jowita will be going for a change of pace this weekend as they're going to be performing a Cha Cha to I’m Too Sexy by Right Said Fred and the pair have been sharing details about their upcoming routine.
"Last week very much felt like me - this week very much does not," Pete admitted when speaking to Janette Manrara during Wednesday night's (November 13) episode of Strictly spin-off It Takes Two.
"Do you not think you are sexy?" asked Janette Manrara to which he replied: "You have seen me dance. One thing about me dancing is that it is not sexy! I mean, the routine Jowita has got for it, it looks like something out of Magic Mike and I feel like it is going to be less 'Magic Mike' and more 'Tragic Pete'."
