While 'Fruitcake' is merely a term of endearment from Fred, the real-life identity and professional details of The Two Million Pound Menu star's partner remain a closely held secret. However, she didnt shy away from sharing some aspects of her personal life on social media platforms.

The couple share their Peckham residence with Fred's two children from his former partner Alessandra Spendolini. Amongst them is Andrea Spendolini-Sirieix, Fred's daughter who is an accomplished diver representing Team GB.

This August 2023, Andrea clinched a gold medal at her debut Commonwealth Games, posting an impressive score of 357.50.

Fruitcake herself took to social media to address the origin of her peculiar moniker, stating: "Bonus: Fruitcake is not my real name.......my mum would never!" She also suggested that it might be a cute moniker inspired by her and Fred's mutual passion for food. She further shared in the post: "My love of food is undeniable.......hence why I have a one pack! " In her downtime, Fruitcake also enjoys pounding out 5ks.

She also characterised herself as an 'introvert, with an extrovert switch'. Fruitcake has kept mum about her profession but has mentioned working in an office environment. She revealed that she "ended up in my chosen career by accident".

In another Instagram post, she confessed: "Sometimes I truly live a double life! ! ! Going from travelling on the bus then train to my regular day-to-day job which I've done for too many years to mention. To then, dipping my toes into the other world of TV with my partner @fred_sirieix. I never take it for granted, and oftentimes truly feel as though I'm sitting on top of the world!"

"Not that long ago, I went on the #chrisandrosieramseyshow which was a #hilarious experience from start to end - and very different to my usual serious stance at work. What a power couple they are! And I was on the same screen as the stunning @ajodudu. One day I hope to meet her in person!...Writing this as I was sat on a train to the office this morning thinking about how lucky I am."

Fruitcake has shared her South London roots, recalling her childhood preferences with a touch of humour: "My mum tells me as a child, I refused to wear trousers and I only wore items if there was a shade of pink visible......what can I say some things never change."

She grew up sandwiched between an older and younger brother. Fred and Fruitcake's wedding plans are moving along nicely, with Fred discussing their engagement on Good Morning Britain. He expressed his relief and joy, saying: "It was perfect because she said yes. That's the main thing. The only thing though is I did not get a ring. But I've now managed to do it because we are out of lockdown, so the ring is there, and she is very happy. So all is well!"

In conversation with The Sun, Fred couldn't help but gush about Fruitcake, sharing: "She's a fun girl and she makes me laugh. We just enjoy each other's company, we enjoy walking and all sorts of stuff, like everybody else, it's easy - very simple and very straightforward."

During that same chat on Good Morning Britain, Fred mentioned their hopes for a Jamaican wedding.
