Jess Glynne and Faithless latest artists to headline Derby Summer Sessions 2025
by Zena Hawley · Derbyshire LiveMulti-platinum selling singer Jess Glynne has been announced as the latest artist to join a star-studded line-up at this year's TK Maxx Presents Derby Summer Sessions at Markeaton Park. She will there on Saturday, July 12. Also announced is dance act Faithless who will take to the stage on Friday, July 11.
They both join a line-up that includes Blossoms, Rag’n’Bone Man, Simple Minds, and UB40’s Ali Campbell on dates which include Saturday, July 5 to Tuesday, July 8 and Friday, July 11 to Sunday, July 13.
Jess Glynne is the only British female solo artist with seven UK No. 1 singles, with hits such as Hold My Hand, I’ll Be There, and Don’t Be So Hard on Yourself. She has earned a GRAMMY Award, three Ivor Novello Awards, and nine BRIT Award nominations.
Faithless, one of the most influential names in British electronica, has a career spanning more than 25 years, Faithless having mastered the art of blending house, trip-hop, dub, and powerful songwriting to create euphoric, arena-filling dancefloor anthems. Maxi Jazz, the group’s iconic frontman, died in 2022, leaving a legacy of lyrics and performances that resonated with fans worldwide.
