The Consulate General of India in Toronto, Canada cancelled some of the scheduled consular camps after the the security agencies conveyed their 'inability to provide minimum security protection' to the community camp organisers.

The response came days after the Pakistani environmental minister said it would write to the Foreign Off­ice on Monday to approach Indian autho­rities for talks on joint efforts to curb smog.
