New Cadbury Twirl Breakaway Cookie Dough bar hailed as 'pure bliss' by chocolate lovers

The renowned chocolate brand has introduced its new Twirl bar, which is set to become a Christmas stocking favourite after receiving rave reviews for being "impossible to resist".
The Breakaway Cookie Dough X Twirl bar has been spotted on B&M shelves ahead of the holiday season, with many shoppers declaring it a must-have. This festive delight features layers of crunchy biscuit pieces and a chewy cookie dough filling enveloped by Cadbury's signature smooth milk chocolate.
At less than £2 a bar, the Twirl bars have been described as "a moment of pure chocolate bliss" and can also be purchased online from select retailers. Instagram foodie New Food UK shared a picture of the tempting treat on supermarket shelves, garnering over 3,000 likes and numerous comments from followers expressing their desire to try it.
The chocolate bar made its debut in Australia earlier this year, where it received an overwhelming response from Cadbury fans. TikTok influencer Michael Jamie shared his live reaction to his first bites of the bar, noting it "has a honeycomb scent", "definitely tastes different to a regular Twirl" and labelled it "worth the wait".
As the festive season approaches, supermarkets are bustling with shoppers eager to stock up on classic Christmas treats. Among the favourites are Terry's Chocolate Oranges and the iconic Roses, Quality Streets, Heroes or Celebrations chocolate boxes, reports Wales Online.
These sweet delights serve as perfect stocking fillers or quick snacks during the holiday festivities. Home Bargains, Asda and Sainsbury's have reduced the prices of retro Quality Street tins to £7.99 for 813g of chocolate, although some retailers require loyalty cards for this offer.
Morrisons has also announced a deal for two 600g Quality Street tubs at £7. Lidl Plus members can enjoy Quality Street, Roses or Heroes tubs for £4.49 each, or two for £8.
