The owners of The Cavalier Inn, Armadale, have put their beloved pub up for sale after more than four decades behind the helm, with Rightbiz advertising the business as having “excellent potential.”

The spacious pub features a large function room, private car park, pool table and fully licenced bar. It is on sale for a freehold price of £299,995 with current sales averaging £130,000 per annum.
