The tropical storm "SOULIK" continues to cross the inland areas of Vietnam. On September 20, after the remnant clouds and whirlwind of the tropical storm began to cross into the southeastern regions of Myanmar, it may continue to move west-southwest and it may re-emerge as a low pressure area on the Andaman Sea and the Bay of Bengal, according to the forecast.
