As the digital landscape shifts, the demand for skilled leadership becomes increasingly important, with 85 percent of organisations identifying the adoption of new and frontier technologies and broader digital access as key trends driving transformation, according to the World Economic Forum's Future of Jobs Report 2023.

This data underscores the necessity of equipping participants with expertise in digital transformation and AI, enabling them to drive innovation and strengthen their organisations' competitive advantage.

This 22-week high-impact programme is designed for senior leaders and function heads looking to integrate digital strategies into their business models. It is also tailored for managers engaged in digital transformation projects or aspiring to lead them, as well as for consultants assisting clients in their transitions and growth. Additionally, it will also benefit entrepreneurs seeking to thrive amid shifting user preferences and new value-creation opportunities.

The Certificate Programme in Digital Transformation and AI for Leaders programme, designed by renowned IIM Indore faculty, includes pre-recorded video lectures by top IIM faculty and industry experts for self-paced learning. It also includes real-world case studies for practical insights, AI and Gen AI for innovative strategies and business models, a capstone project, as well as networking and peer-to-peer learning opportunities.

The modules of this programme include an introduction to digital transformation, data-based decision-making and AI, and customer-driven digital transformation, among others.

PROGRAMME DETAILS

Through this programme, participants will be able to:

1. Articulate the key concepts and principles of digital transformation and AI
2. Develop and implement AI-driven strategies to optimise business processes and enhance decision-making
3. Innovate business models and strategies using AI technologies
4. Enhance customer relationships and experiences through AI-driven insights and personalisation

Fee: Rs 1,15,000 + GST

Certification: Upon successful completion of the programme with a minimum grading of 70%, participants will receive a certificate of completion from IIM Indore and an opportunity to gain IIM Indore Executive Education Alumni status.

Eligibility: The eligibility for this programme includes Graduates (10+2+3) and Diploma holders (10+2+3) from a recognised university (UGC/AICTE/DEC/AIU/State/Government/recognised international universities).
