Spinning to help kids

The Cops for Kids Clip In For Families takes place Nov. 17 and World Health and Fitness, 5001 Anderson Way, and the public is invited to join them.
The 30-minute indoor spin classes will take place at 9, 10, 11 a.m. and noon.
All funds raised will support local children in medical, physical or traumatic crisis.
There will also be swag bags for participants and fundraising awards.

According to the Cops for Kids website “Cops for Kids is a charitable foundation that is committed to assisting children that have suffered a medical, physical or traumatic crisis in their young lives. We tirelessly work to raise funds to continue our ongoing support to the children in the communities that we serve.”
Cops For Kids has numerous events throughout the year, but their signature event is the Cops for Kids Ride, a gruelling 10-day annual ride across challenging terrain and weather conditions.
