You're an absolute genius if you can solve three brainteasers in under a minute
According to experts, solving these three conspiracy theory themed brainteasers in less than a minute is almost impossible - do you have the brain power to find the answers?
by Beth Tanner · The MirrorThis new three-part puzzle will put your brain power to the test.
A brainteaser, that’s been shared to the Yorkshire Times , challenges readers to find the correct answers to three mind bending brainteasers in less than a minute. The puzzles are all themed around conspiracy theories, with the first puzzle taking inspiration from the conspiracy around the moon landings being fake.
A recent survey from MrQ asked Brits which conspiracy theories they believe, with over half of Britons admitting to believing in at least one conspiracy theory. Popular theories included that Lee Harvey Oswald did not act alone in killing JFK (15%), and that the Government is releasing toxic chemicals into the atmosphere that leave visible plumes (chemtrails) (4%).
In the image, you can see the phrase ‘the moon landings were real’ repeated numerous times, but somewhere amongst the writing there’s an anomaly where the text actually reads ‘the moon landings were fake’.
The second puzzle is all about alien life and features an illustration that is packed full of people standing in lines. But somewhere within the visual illusion hides an alien. The idea is to find the alien as quickly as possible - ideally within 20 seconds, as that’s how much time you have to find the solution to each puzzle.
The last brainteaser is another word-related one, very similar to the initial puzzle. However, this visual illusion focuses on the concept of the world being flat. Within the image there’s lots of text that reads ‘The earth is round’, and hidden amongst those phrases is a stray line of text that reads ‘The earth is flat’.
With 60 seconds to solve all three puzzles, that equates to just 20 seconds per one, which is sure to make finding the answers feel a little more challenging. The good news is that you can make the process easier by splitting each image down into smaller sections and working through each small area individually - this should help to make spotting the anomalies a little easier.
Struggling to find the answers? The first image, which focuses on the moon landings, has the anomaly on the right hand side in the 12th row of text from the bottom. The second puzzle, which has an alien theme, has the alien hidden alongside the people in the third row from the bottom, and the final image has the answer in the fourth row from the bottom.
