The land, which is situated between 74 and 84 Grange Road in Kings Heath, has planning permission for a pair of four-bedroomed houses and will have a guide price of £195,000.
It is a stone's throw from the bustling high street lined with independent eateries, businesses and supermarkets etc . Bond Wolfe is overseeing the auction and expects the freehold residential development opportunity was likely to attract keen bidders.

Colin Totney, land and development surveyor at Bond Wolfe said: "This lot is a vacant parcel of land with planning permission to develop two dwellings in one of Birmingham ’s most popular suburbs, an opportunity we expect bidders to compete for. Grange Road is close to Kings Heath high street with its wide range of shops and services around four miles south of Birmingham city centre.
“Other centres such as Solihull and Redditch are about six and 12 miles away respectively, while the national motorway network is accessible via Junction 3 of M42 Motorway, about 6.5 miles away. The planning permission for the erection of two new dwellings was granted by Birmingham city council on 17 April 2023."
The land will be among 183 lots appearing in Bond Wolfe’s next auction at 8.30am on Wednesday 11 December.
