Latest Omaze prize draw launches with £4 million house and £250k cash up for grabs

The latest Omaze prize draw has been announced, which will see one lucky winner bag a life-changing quarter of a million pounds in cash as well as a £4 million house and a luxury car worth up to £250k.

The popular competition is open to enter now, with the grand prize being a six-bedroom manor house in Bath with no mortgage, stamp duty or fees to pay - and furnishings are even included too. Situated in gardens on the banks of the River Avon, the stunning four-storey house is set across 5,500 square feet with a south-facing terrace, orangery and greenhouse, making for an incredible prize.

The historic manor once belonged to Elizabeth I's godson and if rented out, local estate agents estimate the property could have a long-term rental value of between £10,000 to £12,000 per month.

If the very lucky winner doesn't fancy relocating, they can choose to either sell the house for an estimated £4 million or make between £10,000 and £12,000 a month by renting it out instead. And that's not all, with anyone who enters the draw early also in with a chance of winning either a Bentley or Range Rover.

Those who enter by New Year's Day have the chance of scooping a Bentley Continental GT worth a quarter of a million pounds, while if you enter by January 12 you put yourself in with a chance of winning a Range Rover Sport Autobiography worth £100,000, plus £50 grand in cash.

This is in addition to the grand prize of the £4 million manor house, which also comes with a £250,000 cash prize. Priced from £10 for 15 entries, you can choose to maximise your chances in the Omaze draw by spending up to £150 per go to put your name in the hat 320 times - just make sure to enter before the closing date on January 26, 2025.

Omaze is raising funds for the British Heart Foundation with the draw, which was launched by pop group S Club who lost their bandmate Paul Cattermole to heart issues in 2022. The band said in a heartfelt statement: "Losing our much-loved band member Paul to an undiagnosed heart condition last year brought the importance of the BHF's work sharply into focus for us.

"We know that this Omaze partnership is hugely important to the charity, therefore it's important to us too. We want to honour Paul’s memory by helping others and feel fortunate we can do this through these fantastic organisations."

The draw is guaranteed to raise at least £1 million for the charity. You can enter the competition to be in with a chance of winning a new house, a new car and life-changing cash on the Omaze website.
