It is close to a location that the child was reportedly seen and is one of three properties the police are looking at, reports The Irish Sun.
Kyran - despite reported sightings - has not been seen in a confirmed sighting since June 2022.
Last week, a thorough search took place at a former family home in Dundalk and adjoining lands.
The house is known to have been Kyran’s family home for a period of years up to May 2024, and the current residents are not involved in the case in any way.
Information held by Tusla on missing Kyran Durnin was lost in a cyber attack, says The Irish Independent.
Tusla said the system affected by the attack "was not the system of record for case notes."
A Garda spokesperson said the force "does not comment on remarks by third parties," and that "any enquiry on Tusla records is a matter for Tusla."
A vigil was held for Kyran in the market square in Dundalk this week.
