A lorry driver has been reported to court after the vehicle crashed off the M5 and landed in a field. Emergency services were called to the scene near Tiverton, between junctions 27 and 26, at around 10.30am today, Friday, November 22.

Devon and Cornwall Police said officers received reports the lorry left the northbound carriageway and ended up in a field alongside the motorway. No injuries were reported at the scene, a spokesperson for the force added.
