Uffculme’s craft fair kicks off Christmas shopping with 120 stalls

Hundreds of shoppers were able to start their Christmas shopping at Uffculme School’s latest craft fair.

More than 120 different stalls filled the school, and children were able to visit Santa on Saturday, November 23, which drew crowds despite the stormy weather.

Lou Phillips, the PTFA chair said: “As ever the success of the event was down to the phenomenal efforts of staff, parents, students and other volunteers. We even had ex- students returning to work with the team and support their former school.

“Coming on the 70th anniversary year of the school this was truly lovely to see.”
