Full Royal Commission Covid-19 report released

The Commission of Inquiry into the Covid-19 response is being publicly released.
The report from the first phase of the inquiry, which looked at lockdowns, the border response, MIQ, and vaccine mandates, has was handed to internal affairs minister Brooke van Velden about 2pm.

Van Velden strongly encouraged people to have their say.
She says the second phase begins on Friday, covering vaccine mandates and safety as well as social and economic disruption.
Earlier on Thursday, it was not clear if the report would be released upon delivery on Thursday.
That was despite multiple calls to the minister's office on Wednesday to clarify when it would be released.
