The National Medical Commission (NMC) has directed all postgraduate medical colleges and institutions to submit their Annual Self-Declaration in line with the Post-graduate Medical Education Board (PGMEB) 2023 guidelines by October 31, 2024. These guidelines emphasize the development of medical professionals who demonstrate academic excellence, clinical expertise, and ethical responsibility while addressing community healthcare needs.

According to the NMC's notification, after a medical college or institution is established, it must submit an Annual Disclosure Report to the appropriate Board. This report should align with the Minimum Standard Requirements (MSRs) outlined by the Undergraduate Medical Education Board (UGMEB) or PGMEB, as well as NMC regulations.

The Annual Disclosure Report, required for each PG course offered, is crucial for maintaining compliance with educational standards and promoting transparency in postgraduate medical education. It is divided into two sections:

Standard Assessment Form Part-A (Institutional Information common for all PG Specialties)

Standard Assessment Form Part-B (Broad/Super Specialty).
