The 25 year-old-suspect has since been arrested on suspicion of cultivating cannabis and abstracting electricity without authority.

Detective Sergeant Al Prentice said: "Industrial cannabis grows of this nature are often linked to organised criminal gangs from home and abroad and can also pose a significant fire danger to the neighbouring properties. That's why it's so important for us to identify and close them down. Members of the public can help us in this regard by informing us of suspicious activity on the street."

Nottinghamshire Police have asked anyone with additional information to call 101, quoting incident number 33 of October 15, 2024.
