Eleanor and Sophie, from West Yorkshire, came up with a 'revenge' plot against their father's mistress.

A woman is facing jail after posting naked pictures of her dad's lover online.

Geoff Brown, 61, cheated on his wife with a married woman a decade ago, sparking his daughters Eleanor and Sophie to plan payback years later. Eleanor, 24, and Sophie, of Morley, West Yorkshire, wanted to humiliate their father's mistress.

In a joint plot, they decided to upload intimate images of her onto an escort website. The pair initially planned to put the naked photos on Gumtree and advertise sexual favours for £5 but changed their minds.

As reported in the Mirror, the siblings opted to use the escort site and signed up with the phone number of the woman's husband. During a trial at Leeds Crown Court, Eleanor confessed to disclosing private images without consent.

She now faces an "almost inevitable" jail term, according to MailOnline. Sophie was barred from policing for life in April.

The panel ruled that if she didn't quit West Yorkshire Police, then she would have been dismissed from the force. The affair came to light in 2015 after Geoff's wife Sarah, 57, discovered images and videos of his mistress, which she had shared with him during their affair.

Years later, Eleanor posted "derogatory comments" about his lover on her husband's business website between August and September 2022. She also forwarded him X-rated images of his wife on WhatsApp and uploaded them to the escort site, which prosecutors said was a "calculated effort to cause distress in an act of revenge".

The other woman told Leeds Crown Court that she felt a "sickening feeling of just complete panic" after finding her pictures on the internet.

Geoff, who is still with Sarah, told the court that he could understand why his daughters were "frustrated", but couldn't understand why they were "hell-bent" on targeting the man's business. Eleanor originally denied two counts of sharing private sexual photographs without consent. However, she came clean shortly before she had to give evidence in her defence. The court heard that she had even told the woman's daughter: "I will make sure your mum is never allowed to forget what she did to my family."

Judge Alexander Menary adjourned the case ahead of sentencing next month and said she would face time behind bars. Her sister Sophie was found guilty of gross misconduct after she "initiated and encouraged" many of Eleanor's actions.

Sophie said during the proceedings: "This was not revenge. We were taking the mick out of her because of the photos she'd sent to my dad."
