In his lawsuit, Pagar claimed that DaBaby beat, punched, spat on, threatened, shoved and robbed him while filming the video at his property in December 2020.

The fight, which was captured on camera, stemmed from Pagar accusing the video shoot of violating their agreement after he was told only 12 people would be present on the property.

Pagar says he discovered over 40 people on the set and attempted to shut down the video shoot, which is when DaBaby became violent and knocked out his tooth.

The North Carolina native was also accused of stealing items of kitchenware and causing damage to the property.

DaBaby claimed that Pagar (who is white) used the N-word during the confrontation, and while the homeowner admitted to using the racial slur, he had argued it was not relevant to the legal dispute.

DaBaby previously posted a video on social media of Pagar saying the N-word and wrote: “These are the type of people y’all validate & let assassinate DaBaby’s character.”
