Classified Motorsports in Kelowna is hosting its annual Dyno Day this weekend, an event to test the horsepower and torque of your vehicle.

The dynamometer at Classified Motorsports also allows them to tune and calibrate vehicles for their optimal power output as well, and you and your car can be a part of the fun on Sunday, Oct. 6.

"We have been asked if we will be hosting a dyno day throughout the year and we finally have an answer for you — yes," said Justine Boyer of Classified Motorsports.

"We're able to see how much horsepower and torque a vehicle makes which is great to know before and after upgrading any parts on a car."

Running from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., this event has 30 spots available for car enthusiasts and will be filled on a first come, first serve basis.

The annual event often sells out, so people interested in attending with their vehicle should contact the shop sooner rather than later.

"Spectators are more than welcome and encouraged! Get your camera out and have a good time," said Boyer.

Classified Motorsports is located at 690 McCurdy Rd, unit #3. Cost of entry with your vehicle is $100 per person.
