Howling on Halloween

Halloween Howl is coming to the South Okanagan, letting folks get spooky out on the towns.

On Oct. 31, trick-or-treaters can expect a haunted house, games, prizes, and more at the Sonora Community Centre.

From 5 to 6 p.m., scariness level under seven years of age. Then, from 6 to 8 p.m., the scariness level will be for those aged seven and up.

Trick-or-treating will also be taking place along Osoyoos' Main Street.

Meanwhile, in Oliver, the fire department will be hosting a drive-through for Halloween.

"While [you're] out and about on Halloween stop by the fire hall for our drive thru Halloween event…admission by donation," reads an Oliver Fire Department social media post.

From 5:30 to 8 p.m., drivers can enter through the fire hall's back parking lot where kids will receive a candy bag. Admission is by donation, will funds going to the South Okanagan Secondary School.
