Time to license those pups

It's that time of year again — time for Regional District of Okanagan Similkameen residents to ensure their dogs are licensed.

Every dog over the age of six months residing within the RDOS must have a licence. The licensing year is from January 1 to December 31, and prices for the licence range from $20 (spayed/neutered) to $50 (unspayed/intact).

Dog licences for 2025 will be available for purchase on December 1, 2024, at the following locations:

  • RDOS main office, 101 Martin Street, Penticton
  • Okanagan Falls Community Services, 1109 Willow Street, Okanagan Falls
  • The Country Store, 897 Scott Avenue, Hedley
  • Village of Keremeos, 702-4th Street, Keremeos
  • Naramata Store, 225 Robinson Avenue, Naramata
  • Heritage Market Okanagan Falls, 5109 9th Avenue, Okanagan Falls
  • Ace Building Center, 6240 Station Street, Oliver
  • City of Penticton Animal Control Services, 2330 Dartmouth Drive, Penticton
