Do not let disability come in the way of success, NTR district Collector tells children
by The Hindu Bureau · The HinduDisability is not an obstacle to success, NTR District Collector G. Lakshmisha said, adding that disability looks insignificant before talent and determination.
Inaugurating a sports competition on Thursday for differently-abled children at the IGMC stadium in Vijayawada in connection with the International Day of Persons with Disabilities observed on December 3, the Collector said disability may be of body and mind, but not of heart.
