Prohibitory orders in Cyberabad for ongoing departmental tests

In view of the ongoing Departmental Tests for November 2024 session, the Cyberabad Commmissionerate has issued an order prohibiting gatherings of five or more people within 200 meters of examination centres.

The order will remain in force until December 3, and on December 7 and 8 - to maintain public order and prevent disruptions during the exams scheduled from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 2.30 p.m. to 4.30 p.m. for objective-type papers, and from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. for conventional papers.

The order also restricts the operation of photocopy and internet centres within 100 meters of the examination centres.

On duty police officers, military personnel, Home Guards, flying squad of the Education Department and funeral processions are exempted from the order.
