Police issue urgent appeal for two missing teens with links to Manchester

Police have issued an urgent appeal over two missing teenagers from Halifax who are believed to have links to Manchester.

Lily Hampson, 13 and Kayden Chapman, 15 are believed to be together, and were both reported missing on Tuesday (2 October). Officers said they have 'concerns for the welfare' of the teenagers and have now released images of them.

They are believed to have links to Dewsbury, Preston, Kendal, Manchester, and Sheffield. Members of the public with any information on their whereabouts are urged to call the police.

Lily is described as about 5ft 4ins tall and of slim build. She is believed to be wearing a big black coat which is said to have fluffy bits.

Kayden is described as about 5ft 9ins tall and of slim build. He is believed to be wearing a black Karrimor raincoat and black and gold trainers.

In a Facebook post, West Yorkshire Police said: "Police are appealing for information on two teenagers from Halifax who have been reported missing.

"There are concerns for the welfare of Lily and Kayden, who have links to Dewsbury, Preston, Kendal, Manchester and Sheffield, and enquiries are ongoing to locate them.
