Police ask public for help to identify man following burglary

Greater Manchester Police are asking members of the public for help to identify a man following a burglary.

The force has issued a photo of the man who they want to identify in relation to the burglary in Salford.

The burglary is said to have happened in Oakville Drive in September. GMP launched the appeal today (October 20).

The force has provided a phone number, asking anyone with information to call. In a post on X, formerly Twitter, Salford Police (GMP) wrote: "#APPEAL | Officers are appealing to identify this male in relation to a burglary on Oakville Drive, Salford in September.

"Anyone with information is asked to contact Salford NCT on 0161 856 5272 quoting CRI/06FF/0024935/24."
