Found in Clapton, London, the minute home has been listed for sale on Zoopla at a staggering £525,000. Found at the end of a long driveway, inside the floor plan shows it has just a small shower room, a kitchen living area, one bedroom and a garden to the side.

The listing for the property, which is being marketed with estate agents Winkworth, reads: "A beautifully renovated one bedroom property in Clapton.
