Crack cocaine, cash, weighing scales 'found in Kildare apartment'

Eoin Poole, 31, whose address was given as 1846 Lourdesville, Kildare, is being prosecuted with an alleged offence at Apartment 1, Rowanville, Newbridge, on October 25, 2023.
Sgt Mary Meade said the overall case relates to crack cocaine worth a reported €1,200, a discovery of cash worth €2,300 and a scales.
Judge Desmond Zaidan sent the defendant forward for trial to the next sittings of Naas Circuit Court.
He advised the defendant that if an alibi forms any part of his defence he must inform the prosecuting authorities in advance of this.
