LATEST: New plan to demolish commercial building in Naas

Plans have been revealed to demolish a commercial building in Naas.

A planning application was submitted to Kildare County Council by Kilwex Limited in relation to the site at Pacelli House, Pacelli Road, Naas. 

Being planned is the demolition of an existing two-storey dormer type commercial building.

Being proposed is a  two-storey office extension (circa. 328 sq.m. in total) to the existing two-storey office building.

The plans include vehicle parking and covered cycle shelter.

It is proposed to re-clad parts of the exterior and also install solar panels and rooflights to the flat roof.

The estimated construction value of the project is over €700,000.
