Parents' parking habits at Kildare school criticised

Independent councillor Bill Clear wants Kildare County Council to install "pencil type bollards" on the grass verge outside the Scoil Bhríde primary school in Kill.
He said this is needed "to encourage people to use the car park or possibly walk or cycle to school."
