Man shot in Digbeth as police appeal for woman who could have 'vital' details

It happened in Moseley Street at around 12.50am yesterday, Wednesday, November 27. His injuries were not life threatening.
The force issued a picture of a woman it said could have "vital information". Members of the public were also asked to come forward if they had any information. A West Midlands Police spokesperson said: "We are appealing for information after man was seriously injured following a shooting in Digbeth.

"At around 12.50am yesterday morning a man in his 30s was taken to Midlands Metropolitan Hospital with a gunshot wound to his stomach. Thankfully his injuries are not life threatening.
"He was taken hospital in a blue MG. Following enquiries, we now know the shooting happened on Moseley Street, Digbeth at around 12.20am.
"We want to speak to this woman in connection with the incident as we believe she may have vital information to help our investigation. Anyone with information has been asked to get in touch via the Online Portal or by calling 101 or Live Chat, quoting log 93 of 27 November.
