Lamborghini driver with 'no insurance' begs police to be let off on wedding day

by · Birmingham Live

A 'speeding' Lamborghini driver who was unable to prove he was insured begged police to let him off - as it was his wedding day, police have said. But no nonsense officers said they had no confetti on hand so 'threw six points' at the would-be-groom instead.

Greater Manchester Police said they received four reports of the green-coloured supercar allegedly speeding in Bury. Officers then stopped the luxury car and said the driver was 'unable to prove he had valid insurance'.

Police later seized the expensive vehicle. Inquiries are ongoing.
