Warning to passengers as Birmingham city centre bus stop is 'closed' for works

A bus stop will be out of action on Sunday

A bus stop will be out of action in the city centre this weekend to allow for essential works. Passengers will not be able to use the Corporation Street shelter from 8am to 4pm on Sunday (Oct 5).

Anyone wanting to use the X3, X4, X5, X14, X15 services which mainly serve the Sutton Coldfield, Erdington, Lichfield region, should use the stop outside the Law Courts nearby. The same routes will be running normally into the city.

National Express West Midlands said: "Corporation Street 6th October. 8am - 4pm Corporation Street last bus stop (CS2) will be closed for gulley works. Service X3, X4, X5, X14, X15 From Birmingham Use stop outside Law Courts (CS2A), while works are taking place.

"To Birmingham - normal line of route."

The X5 runs from Birmingham to Roughley. The X14 starts from Birmingham and goes to Sutton Coldfield, via Good Hope Hospital, Falcon Lodge, Walmley, and Aston Expressway.
