Every notice published to our newspaper and news site also appears on funeral-notices.co.uk - the UK’s number one site for death notices and memoriams.

Every notice remains online forever providing friends and families with a lifelong tribute to their loved one, a safe place online to share memories, add tributes, photographs and make donations in memory. Each week we pay tribute to the loved ones remembered in our area with a funeral notice and online tribute page.

Hazel ACTON

On Sunday, October 6th, aged 71 years. The world bid farewell to Hazel Joan Acton (née Diffin). Joyful, determined, and everlastingly stubborn, eternally loving. She will be greatly missed by her children, her grandchildren, her great-grandchildren, her siblings and her husband. Though her body may rest, her spirit will continue to dance in the wind, sing in the trees, and blossom in the hearts of all who knew and loved her. For her love was not bound by time, and though her absence has left a silence in the world that no words can ever fill, the solace of her legacy exists in the love and memories she leaves with us all.
