The Cho Cho Yadanar gold shop, located on Mae Htee Road, west of Thukhita Road, Magway Town, Magway Region, was robbed of some gold jewelry after owner of the gold shop was shot with a gun on the afternoon of November 28, initial report said. Two men entered the shop and demanded the owner to hand over the gold jewelry. They then shot the shop owner, U Htun Htun Oo, with a gun, smashed the glass showcase in the shop with a hammer, and stole about 10 ticals of gold jewelry and fled. The two perpetrators fled on a motorcycle, it said.
