The son of the "Min Thant" fuel shop owner, who was severely injured in a fire at the shop on the Mawlamyine-Mudon road in Yogo village, Mawlamyine township, has passed away. The victim, the second to die from the incident, was transported to Yangon via a chartered plane from Mawlamyine General Hospital on November 8 for treatment. Despite medical efforts, he succumbed to his injuries. His body was cremated in Yangon on November 24, and his ashes were later interred in a Mawlamyine cemetery.
