Authorities have arrested three individuals involved in notarizing counterfeit medical degrees issued by the NUG-affiliated illegal Mandalay Medical University. These degrees were used by two applicants, Su Pyae Myo Thwet and Thinzar Htet, to apply for admission to Chulalongkorn University in Thailand.
