100 Lotto players guaranteed to become millionaires in Friday's special EuroMillions draw

The National Lottery has announced details of a special EuroMillions event which will see 100 lucky Lotto players become millionaires.

Lotto bosses are carrying out a special EuroMillions draw on Friday night (November 22), where 100 new millionaires are guaranteed across the nine participating countries. The participating countries include Ireland, Austria, Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, and the UK.

Each of the lucky winners in Friday's EuroMillions draw will receive an incredible €1 million in a special EuroMillions raffle draw.

Every player who buys a ticket for Friday’s EuroMillions draw will receive a unique raffle code for each line played, automatically entering them into this extraordinary raffle that promises to create 100 brand-new millionaires.

In addition to the special EuroMillions Raffle, players will also have a chance at the main EuroMillions jackpot worth an jaw-dropping €190 million and can win other prizes, including the Ireland Only Raffle, where 10 players in Ireland will be guaranteed €5,000 each.

Sarah Ruane, spokesperson for the National Lottery said: “Friday’s EuroMillions draw is going to be an incredibly exciting event. On top of the estimated €190 million jackpot on offer, the draw will guarantee 100 brand new millionaires in the draw across the participating EuroMillions game members.

"It’s been an incredible year for players with thirty National Lottery millionaires being made in 2024 so far. There will be huge excitement in the build-up to Friday's draw which could be life-changing for one or more EuroMillions players in Ireland."

Meanwhile, The National Lottery has announced that a Galway Lotto player scooped Wednesday's life-changing jackpot worth over €7 million.

The Tribesman winner becomes the 10th Lotto Jackpot winner of 2024, joining the ranks of nine other big winners from across the country, including Dublin (5), Louth, Wexford and Limerick (2) victor earlier this year. This latest win also makes the Galway player the 30th National Lottery millionaire of 2024.

The National Lottery is urging players in Galway to check their tickets to see if they are the winners of the €7m jackpot.
