An investigation has been launched into the 'conduct' of former Hibs' director of football operations, Derek White.
The club confirmed tonight, Thursday, November 14, that White resigned from his role while an internal investigation into his conduct was ongoing.
White, from West Lothian, joined Hibs in April 2022 after previously having worked as club secretary at Livingston.
A club spokesperson said: "The club can confirm that Derek White resigned from his role at Hibernian FC, whilst an internal investigation into his conduct was ongoing.
"Due to the sensitive nature of the investigation, the details of it will remain confidential.
"The club informed the relevant authorities and organisations following our strict safeguarding procedures."
Police Scotland has been approached for comment. Derek White did not respond to a request for comment.
