New homes with car-ports being planned on Kildare border

Planning permission granted

by · Leinster Leader

The green light has been given for five new homes in a project worth €1.4m on the Kildare / Laois border.

Five detached, split-level, dormer dwelling houses will be built at Tierhogar, Killenard.

The dwellings will include side car-ports.

A new site entrance and access road is planned off the existing cul-de-sac road to the east off the Killenard Road (L3171).

Also included is the demolition/removal of existing derelict farm buildings.

A landscaped pedestrian link from the L3171 will be built.

Landscaping and a shared green area are provided for in the designs.
