A newborn baby has reportedly gone missing from Yangon Central Women's Hospital and remains un-located.  According to a family member, the nine-day-old infant, under medical care due to health concerns, disappeared on October 30 around 4:00 a.m. "The mother had arranged for a caregiver to assist with the baby's care, but CCTV footage reveals that this caregiver, along with another individual, coordinated the abduction. The woman involved wore a mask and religious headgear, making identification challenging," a family member reported.

A nine-day-old infant who went missing from Yangon Central Women's Hospital was located on the afternoon of October 31, according to the child's aunt. The infant, who was under medical care due to health concerns, disappeared on October 30 around 4:00 a.m. "We deeply appreciate everyone involved in helping us find the missing child. She has been found, and this time, it is true," the aunt stated, adding that they are currently occupied and will provide more details later. The child's parents reside in Mingalar Taung Nyunt Township.
