This lucky scuba diver had a face to face encounter with a pod of curious dolphins and a gigantic whale shark on the same dive. The waters around the Galapagos Islands are among the most spectacular for scuba diving. The currents bring an abundance of life and food for the larger animals. These dolphins were circling Darwin Island when they decided to come c lose to the scuba diver and his camera to inspect him curiously. At the same time, a gigantic whale shark cruised through, seemingly interested in the divers as well. A close encounter with either of these animals would be memorable enough, but to have both on the same dive is truly unforgettable
